Regarding the HTML5 game "Flyff Universe" developed by our consolidated subsidiary Gala Lab Corp. (Seongnam City, South Korea, CEO Kim Hyun Su), the service start date in South Korea has been rescheduled to the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023 (January 1st to March 31st, 2023) due to the delay of finalizing with the platform partner.

In addition, regarding the NFT/blockchain game Rappelz Universe, we had planned to start providing services in the United States in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023(from October 1st to December 31st, 2022). Since it took time to prepare for issuing coins using the chain mechanism, the service provision date has been postponed to the next quarter. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in service.
