Gala Lab Corp. (CEO Kim Hyun-soo, Seongnam-si, South Korea), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with BPMG Co., Ltd. and Wemade Connect Co., Ltd. for the publishing and game business for the NFT/blockchain game (※1) "Flyff Universe" (hereinafter referred to as "Flyff Universe").

Through this partnership, BPMG Co., Ltd. and Wemade Connect Co., Ltd. will jointly provide global services for the HTML5-based MMORPG "Flyff Universe" and the Web3.0 game "Flyff Universe," which is being developed for release this year.
Wemade Connect Co., Ltd. is a leading Korean game company with experience in operating NFT/blockchain game platforms and providing global services for its own games and licensed games. In order to expand the global service of "Flyff Universe" that can be enjoyed by game users around the world, Wemade Connect Co., Ltd. will be in charge of future operations, while Gala Lab Corp. will focus on expanding its own development capabilities and prepare to provide the best services within GemHUB, a Web3.0 game (※4) platform built and provided by BPMG Co. Ltd.
